🌱 En-Gender Mentoring
Support for your academic life
Our mentoring program is designed for anyone navigating academia – especially in the fields of gender studies, queer theory, post-/decolonial research, and related areas.
We know that academic work can feel isolating, overwhelming, and at times deeply discouraging. That’s why we created a space for care, feedback, and motivation.
✍️ Writing
Struggling with writer’s block? Feeling lost in your draft? Need a second pair of eyes before submitting?
We offer support for all kinds of writing projects – from term papers to journal articles and book chapters. Our mentors have broad expertise in gender studies and are happy to help.
🎤 Presenting
Got a big conference coming up? Preparing for your PhD defense? Presenting in front of a scholarship committee?
We’ll listen to your talk, give feedback, and help you feel confident and prepared.
🧠 Mental Health
Academia can be draining. We’re here to remind you: You’re not alone. We’ll check in with you, help you set boundaries, celebrate every page you write, and offer support when things get tough.
💡 Who we are
